Since 1997, the vegetables, fruits, olives and olive oils, and animal products served at Iris Hotel are produced using traditional methods with no artificial fertilizer, hormones and chemicals in controlled farming areas of 150 hectares that belong to our founder Yüksel Ergen. These farming grounds are located in the Kemerdere area, which is irrigated by the water resources of the Ancient City of Troy. The trademark of these organic and natural products is Yesil Iris.
